To erynn laurie,

Hi! You know Prof. Levi? I am trying to contact her. I am very interested in her study on BL/YAOI manga. I am not sure if Prof. Levi is still teaching at Portland State? I sent her an email (the PSU one) but did not get a reply from her.

If possible, can you advice me how to get in touch with her?

Thank you so much for your help.

-Kristi

Hullo. I've been looking forward to the previous interview at PSU, but I was quite busy. I'm a Benson Polytechnic high school student, and am majoring in Health Occupations, but I have a passion for drawing manga. Is there currently any clubs or programs you're holding at Portland state university for manga artists? If I'm able to make it to PSU, I'd love to join one. Though this might seem ridiculous, that'd be sweet if Antonia Levi could have a drawing session with people like me. I'd love to have criticizes on my art from a pro like her.
If you have another interview or something great like that again, please inform my high school too. I'd do my best to get my dad to drive me up there. =)

Wonderful stuff!

I do work on Celtic werewolves (yes, they exist, and in fact there's an embarrassment of riches to be found on them if one knows where to look!), and in fact that topic was the bulk of my Ph.D. dissertation work. I have a few publications in this regard, and more on the way.

I'm not too knowledgeable about the werewolf situation in Anime, but I'm intrigued to have read this, because Celtic (and some other older European) werewolf traditions are very similar to what is detailed here, quite in contrast to the "American Hollywood" werewolves with which we're all familiar.
